First of all all  Wix is the worst , it is very slow.

  Weebly is better than the former

Godaddy wordpress ranks second in page speed after google sites then weebly , then squarespace , then wpengine and last wix.

As you all know or not page speed load time plays a significant role in search engine rankings.

Another fact to consider there is not bluehost among them despite it is promoted by many affiliates as the best.

  I agree with the stats , I have a bluehost account , I was not so thrilled with them , but lately I have seen them improving their service.
